Management

We have managed all sizes of projects, from simple part modification roll out, to entire product line installation. Our experience is grounded in manufacturing and processing industries and we have the experience to work in a team environment and keep your project on track. We provide regular reporting of project status, including budgetary estimates, project timelines, and resource requirements.

Procurement

We have a network of vendors or we can work directly with your selected vendors to procure the components necessary for your project. We can provide staging and incoming inspection at our facility so that you only received fully and independently qualified material at your facility. Post processing including laser marking, finishing, and third party inspection can be arranged and then a “kit” of your project components can be delivered when all components are available.
