We have a network of manufacturers that we work with to produce state of the art prototypes and low volume production.

From 1 piece to 1000's, we know the right people to contact to get the job done right. We prefer to manage the procurement, inspection, assembly, and testing of our clients prototypes to ensure the fastest possible design cycle. Inspection and test data is documented and validated for all components procured for our clients.

Quality Problems?

We have 6 Sigma Black and Green Belts on staff that allow us to break down the most complex problems and determine the root causes.

We will work with your staff to find solutions, reduce downtime and scrap, and improve your process efficiency. We will review the available quality data, develop laboratory tests to recreate the failure mode, and evaluate potential fixes while working within your time and cost constraints. Sometimes a fresh set of eyes is all you need to get that nagging quality problem solved once and for all - we can be your engineers on demand to help you troubleshoot process and production problems.

Our team of experienced degreed engineers efficiently use Solidworks® 2010 to develop solid models and 2-D drawings to your standards. Utilizing your existing staff's knowledge of your product and market, we will rapidly develop products and solutions that may otherwise languish within your organization.

It's tough to get new product ideas out to market. We can help by taking that sketch you made and turn it into a fully engineered CAD model.

We can then use that solid model to create a rapid prototype for as little as a few hundred dollars. A physical sample in hand goes a long way in showing the world what you have developed. We can also work with you throughout the product development process to get your product out to market as quickly as possible. From prototype, through design validation testing, pilot lots, product validation testing, and finally production, we know how to ensure that you have a smooth product release with a high chance of success.
